“Tiffany was an invaluable resource for us before our daughter was born and in the weeks and months following her birth. She was able to do lactation consult home visits and see us immediately after we got home from the hospital, which was crucial because she caught our daughter’s dehydration and weight loss immediately and we were able to take steps to get her back on track without having to go back into the hospital. At her first visit, Tiffany spent four hours in our home, providing us with sound advice, astute observations and recommendations, as well as amazingly compassionate care for us and our newborn baby girl. Throughout each subsequent visit at our home (which was so great not to have to drive anywhere, especially just for a weight check!), Tiffany was always calm, reliable, knowledgeable and kind. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs/schedule and check in after each visit, making sure we felt supported and had the care we needed to survive those first few weeks at home and navigate parenting a newborn. She also gave us valuable information and allowed us to feel comfortable and empowered to make our own decisions regarding our daughter’s feeding plan. She worked with us through some significant challenges and helped us revise and re-evaluate our plan to work for us and meet us where we were at. We felt supported by Tiffany every step of the way and reassured that we were making the right choices for our daughter (and for myself). Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and has significant expertise as a lactation consultant and midwife, which is very helpful when considering the complexities of postpartum maternal health, lactation, and neonatal care. She’s also very well organized and was very timely and helpful in processing invoices for her visits so we could be reimbursed by our insurance.
